Aside from my output as Greg Bird & Flamingo Flame, I have been known to dabble in a bit of the old house n' disco music...
As a promoter for Birmingham outfit This Is Tmrw I've ended up working on mixes for the site, ( Latest one here) as well as my own productions, and a new project I've been working on with thisistmrw founder Matt Beck (Pictured, left) which is going in a sort of percussion-heavy house/bass direction.
I've also been working on some remixes and general disco/house shenanigans with fellow funk merchant Ray Vaughan. You can find our specialist blog here, created to help promote out club night Berlusconi's
In the meantime, here's my first ever remix, for a track by local duo WALER, done in Reason 4.0 - Forgive the crap production, I was and still am very much on a learning curve!
